Employer-sponsored Immunizations for Employees

Pinal County Public Health Services District offers flu vaccinations, TB skin testing, and other vaccinations for employers and employees throughout the county. This service is available to all employers who require employees to be immunized against diseases. County employees may receive free annual flu vaccinations at Public Health locations by displaying your county employee badge. There are several Clinic Locations throughout the County ready to serve Pinal County employees and other employers interested in this service.

Charges for non-county-employees are cost based and set in accordance with State Law. When the prices change, they will be posted under the Adult Immunizations website.

For employers to take advantage of our services, please complete the following steps:

1) Complete the Letter of Agreement on your company or department letterhead. Click here for an example letter.

2) Email the Letter of Agreement to Susie.Escalante@pinalcountyaz.gov or send to Pinal County Public Health at the following address:

3) Once the employer receives written approval from Pinal County Public Health, an Authorization for Payment Form must be completed and sent with the employee for every visit. Click here for the form.
