For calendar 2009, the following volume of recyclables were collected:
- 378.2 tons of paper
- 1577.6 tons of cardboard
- 73.6 tons of aluminum or tin
- 92.5 tons of plastic
- 651.0 tons of newspaper
- Revenue from recycled products totaled $83,495.53.
- In addition to cleanups hosted or coordinated by civic groups and municipalities, the County held 8 Community Cleanups in 2009 and 1 Countywide free disposal days.
