Terry Doolittle has been serving the residents and elected officials of Pinal County since 1986. Prior positions include Deputy County Manager, Assistant County Manager for Administrative Services, Finance Director, Principal Internal Auditor and Internal Auditor.

Previously, Mr. Doolittle was employed by the State of Arizona's Office of the Auditor General from 1980 to 1986. Presently, Mr. Doolittle is a member of the International City/County Managers' Association and the Governmental Finance Officers' Association. Mr. Doolittle served on the Executive Committee for the Arizona City/County Managers' Association and served three terms as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Arizona County Insurance Pool and the Arizona County Workers' Compensation Pool. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Board of Pinal County Town Hall and is active with the Boys and Girls Club.

Mr. Doolittle is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 2005, Doolittle graduated from the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School.

Terry and his wife Dodie have five children: Jerry, Solidaire, Monica, Richard, and Travis.
