Geographically Region A is the smallest Region of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office. Region A deputies provide law enforcement services to the unincorporated areas of Pinal County that include Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. The overall area may be smaller, but the population is twice that of the other two (2) regions combined.
Region A is staffed with thirty two (32) deputies and five (5) sergeants, one (1) Lieutenant and two (2) secretaries. The number of calls for service in the region average between 3,000 to 3,200 a month.
There are two (2) Sub stations in Region A. Currently there is a sub station located in San Tan Valley, and one at the Hunt highway and Arizona Farms road. Each office is staffed with one full time secretary, between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Walk in services are available at each location.
