Region 3 consists of approximately 1,800 square miles, and is responsible for law enforcement services in the unincorporated areas surrounding Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Queen Valley, Superior, Top of the World, Cactus Forrest, Randolph, Florence and Coolidge.

Region 3, when fully staffed has assigned one secretary and 30 six sworn law enforcement professionals.
