Sergeant Aubrey Keck is the supervisor for the Persons Crimes Unit. Acting Corporal Stacy Sherwood is the field/operations supervisor. Veronica Ochoa is the Unit Secretary who performs the administrative and data entry functions of the unit.

The Persons Crimes Unit is staffed with eight Detectives, broken down into the following specialty areas:

• Family Advocacy Center/Sex Crimes
• Computer Forensics
• Domestic Violence Investigations
• Aggravated Assault Investigations
• Sex Offender Section

In addition to the specialty areas listed, the Persons Crimes Unit investigates cases of Vulnerable Adult and Elder Abuse, Crimes Against Children and Child Sex Crimes. The unit utilizes a variety of innovative and cutting edge technologies in furtherance of these investigations.
