The TRIAD is a program that was designed in cooperation with the Sheriff’s Office, local police departments, the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, Pinal/Gila Counsel for Senior Citizens and the senior citizen in the communities. This program is designed to prevent victimization of seniors and to improve their quality of life. Local TRIAD counsels are established in each areas of the county to work on senior issues which exists in each area.
