Virginia Ross was elected to office in 2012. She began serving as the Pinal County Recorder in January, 2013. Ross succeeded Laura Dean-Lytle who retired at the end of her term in 2012.
Ross earned both a Bachelor of Science Degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. and a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Miami (FL).
Ross is focused on customer service and the protection of documents for two cherished rights in this country, Voting Rights and Property Rights.
Ross’ professional resume includes a progressive career in the private sector for Fortune 100 and 500 corporations Ryder System, Inc. and IBM as a certified Project Manager, Telecommunications Manager, and Senior Contract Negotiator. She is passionate about high performance process and design while delivering superior results.
Ross resides in San Tan Valley and was part of the initial boom in 2005. Ross is the daughter of a career Army soldier, has lived in 11 states, Germany and Japan. She has one daughter.
