Township/Range/Section/Sub-Section
Every recorded document is assigned a Fee Number*. You may search for any particular
document by giving the full Fee Number below, or provide a partial Number to return
a range of documents.
*Fee Number: A Fee Number is based on the year and order it was recorded
(i.e.: 2002-060511 means the document was recorded in the year 2002, and was the
60,511th document of that year).
The Number portion always starts with a six(6) digit number. However, on occasion
the number may contain a 7th character (a letter A - Z) signifying the document
was later updated, amended, or for any other reason re-recorded.
Every recorded document is assigned a Document Type*. You may search for any particular
document within a selected year by choosing a Document Type below. You may further
restrict your results by returning only those records rcorded in and after a specific
month.
*Document Type: A Document Type is a two-part designator used by the Recorder's
Office to better categorize the documents on file. All documents have a document
type that consists of the First Caption, with the Second Caption being optional,
to further describe in detail the information within the document.

*SUBDIVISION/PLATS:
Recorded maps are indexed or listed under Book and Page or a Cabinet and Slide designation up to March 2009. (For instance: Book 04 Page 321 or Cabinet B Slide 147) To search for a map prior to April 2009 that is a Book and Page; enter in the "Book" field 2 digits-Example: 09. In the "Page" field enter 3 digits-Example: 003 or 044. For a map that is recorded under Cabinet and Slide you�ll enter one alpha character in the "Cabinet" field. Example: A. In the "Slide" field 3 digits are required. Example: 004 or 200. This recording or indexing information can be found by searching under the subdivision name in the "Business" field selection.
Beginning in April 2009 all subdivisions are indexed or listed as Fee Numbers they are no longer listed as Book and Page or Cabinet and Slide.
*SURVEYS:
Recorded surveys are indexed or listed as Book and Page until March 2009. To search maps prior to April 2009, enter in the "Book" field 2 digits. Example: 09 In the "Page" field enter in 3 digits. Example: 003 or 200.
Beginning in April of 2009 all surveys are indexed or listed as Fee Numbers they are no longer listed as Book and Page.
