It is the mission of this office to abide by the Arizona Revised Statutes of archiving all recorded documents and their data through absolute quality work procedures coupled with the highest standard of customer service to the public, inter-agencies and co-workers.

The Voter Registration and Voter Outreach Department will process voter registration records, furnish voter education, in addition to holding secure and maintaining the county voter records and applicable balloting procedures per the Arizona Revised Statutes with master efficiency, respect and integrity while providing the highest quality customer service.
