Introduction

The Pinal County Transportation Advisory Committee (“TAC”) is a recommending body to the Pinal County Board of Supervisors (“BOS”) on transportation planning, construction, and major maintenance projects within the county’s jurisdictional boundaries.  The TAC consists of ten qualified electors of Pinal County, two members from each of Pinal County’s five supervisory districts, who are appointed by the BOS to serve a four-year term.  The TAC annually reviews, updates, and recommends a five-year Transportation Improvement and Maintenance Program (“TIMP”) to the BOS.

TAC Meetings

The Regular meetings of the TAC are held each September, November, and February in Florence, Arizona.  Notices and agendas will be made available on this website and at locations listed below posted in compliance with the Arizona Open Meeting Law:

Study sessions and workshop meetings, if scheduled, will be held after the scheduled regular meetings.  Special and community meetings maybe scheduled as needed.  Notices and agendas for study sessions, workshops, special, and community meetings will be made available as noted above and posted at least twenty-four hours prior to meetings.  All TAC meetings, with the exception of executive sessions, which are intended to provide legal counsel to the TAC, are open to the public.
