Fernanda Barreyro-Falbo

Fernanda Barreyro-Falbo is a project manager in the Sonoran Institute’s Sun Corridor Legacy Program where she coordinates the Community Design Academy in Pinal County and the BLM/Hidden Valley/Rainbow Valley Collaboration. Fernanda was born in Argentina and grew up in the Caribbean. She has a degree in visual communication from Belgrano University, Buenos Aries, Argentina. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from Arizona State University where she conducted an analysis of the Superstition Vistas project and was a key organizer of the first Native American Planning Community workshop. Fernanda interned for West Mesa Community Development Corporation and came to the Institute from the City of Apache Junction where she worked in the planning department.”
