With Arizona registrations as both a Professional Engineer and a Land Surveyor, Mr. Collings
has over 32 years of experience in municipal projects including facilities, parks, streetscape,
multiuse trail and open space design, geotechnical investigations, materials testing and
construction administration. Mr. Collings is one of the principals of D.N.A. Inc., Civil
Engineering and Land Surveying, and has managed the company’s Casa Grande office since its
inception in 1982. He has resided in Casa Grande for the past 27 years. During that time he has
actively served the Casa Grande community on various City appointed committees. Mr.
Collings was a member of the Casa Grande Industrial Authority and a prior Board Member for
the Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce. He is a past Chairman of the Casa Grande
Airport Authority and previously served as Chairman of the City of Casa Grande Board of
Adjustment. Currently Mr. Collings is the engineer of record for eight domestic Water Districts.
He has been appointed by the Governor to serve on the Pinal AMA Groundwater Users Advisory
Council and is Vice Chairman of the Pinal County Water Augmentation Authority. |
