Description

Pinal County Health and Human Services (PCHHS) procures professional services for all Departments within PCHHS. This page includes procurement packets for services open continuously, as well as services open for a limited time. The procurement packet includes a copy of the solicitation, instructions, required forms, and the name and phone number of the contact person responsible for receiving the bid and procuring the contract.

 Instructions

All open solicitations are listed below and sorted by service type. If you are interested in submitting a bid for any of the listed services, please follow these steps:

  1. Review the list of open solicitations
  2. Click on the service(s) for which you want to submit a bid.
  3. Print the required application forms, complete the bid packet, and mail to the address indicated in the procurement packet. Bids cannot be submitted online.

We encourage you to submit a bid for each service you provide. If you respond to more than one service, a separate bid for each procurement must be submitted. Because the information requested by each procurement is similar, the process for submitting more than one bid should not be more difficult than submitting for one.

 Important Note

There may be changes (addenda) to the procurement after the solicitation is opened. Submission time frames may also change. Addenda and changes will be posted on this page under the service heading. All bidders are responsible for checking this page before submitting their final bid to ensure necessary changes are incorporated within the required timeframes.

In the following chart, "Addendum" means the original solicitation has been modified. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that all Addenda have been read and incorporated into the final bid or proposal.
