FLORENCE – The Pinal County Board of Supervisors is pleased to announce that meeting agendas are fully searchable on the county’s website http://pinalcountyaz.gov/
Under Pinal County’s new agenda search, online viewers can see the same supporting documents for an agenda item as supplied to the Supervisors. All it takes is a click of a mouse.
“Thanks to our Information Technology Department, we are able to provide the public the same documentation that the Supervisors and other departments receive for items that appear before the board,” said Sheri Cluff, Clerk of the Board. “It’s another way of improving the transparency of our county government.”
To access Supervisors agendas and supporting documentation online:Go to the Pinal County homepage:

- On the left hand menu bar click “Board Meetings/Agendas”
- The page that appears shows the current year’s agendas and minutes. To access documentation, click on the appropriate board meeting for the item that is needed.
- Scroll through the agenda items, then click on the item that is needed.
A new window will appear that will have all supporting documentation for the agenda item. Online users can see a brief description of the agenda item along with any additional documentation, which will be in Adobe Acrobat format.
Web viewers can also access an advanced search page which allows for a more specialized search of agenda items. People can search from meeting type to specific phrases in current or recent past agendas.
