Road Openings and Closures Following Tuesday’s Storm

FLORENCE– Pinal County Public Works Road crews are continually monitoring roads in western and eastern Pinal County. Here are a list of the openings and closures as of 4:00pm Wednesday, August 22.

Roads Opened as of 4:00pm, Wednesday, August 22:

Maricopa Area
  • Val Vista Road from Warren to Deer Trail
  • Ralston Road from Papago Road to Peters and Nall Road
  • Farrell Road from Carlyle Road to Ralston Road
Casa Grande Area
  • Peters Road from Trekell Road to Thornton Road
Roads Closed as of 4:00pm, Wednesday, August 22: San Manuel Area
  • River Road from Tom Rhodes Ranch Road to Redington Road-San Pedro River Running
Mammoth Area
  • Copper Creek Road from Bluebird Street to River Road-San Pedro River Running
Casa Grande Area
  • Selma Highway from ChuChu Road to Trekell Road-Underwater
  • Storey Road from Tweedy Road to Curry Road-Washed Out
  • Kleck Road from Signal Peak Road to Tweedy Road-Underwater
Stanfield Area
  • Russell Road from Peters Road to Interstate 8-Washed Out
  • Barnes Road from Pala Road to Stanfield Road-Santa Rosa Wash Running
  • Miller Road from Murphy Road to Stanfield Road-Santa Rosa Wash Running

Pinal County Public Works is asking residents to contact us at (520) 866-6411 or email us at pcroadmaintenance@pinalcountyaz.gov if there is any debris on county roads or if road repairs are needed.

NOTE: For neighborhood roads within master planned communities, please contact your homeowner’s association. If you live in a municipality, please contact your city to report street and road problems.

Please provide the following information:
  • Name of road
  • Between what cross streets (example: Thistle Road to Johnson Ranch Boulevard)
  • Specifics about the problem (debris in road, tree limbs in road, road flooded or washed out, signs down, traffic signal not functioning, etc.)
  • Your name
  • A phone number to contact you if we need further information
We appreciate your assistance in alerting us to road hazards that would affect the traveling public.
