Crews to Begin Work Along Bella Vista Road in San Tan Valley

FLORENCE, AZ – The Pinal County Public Works Department is notifying motorists that a contractor, Signal Peak Contracting, will soon begin preparing off-site improvements for the Central Arizona College campus currently under construction in San Tan Valley.

Crews are slated to begin work on Monday, July 15. The work will take place primarily along Bella Vista Road from Tourmaline Drive to Sierra Vista Road (between Gantzel Road and Quail Run Road). Although the work is along Bella Vista, there may be brief interruptions to allow heavy equipment to maneuver or to ensure safety of crews working in the area. The entire project should take six to eight weeks, weather permitting.

Although this is not a Pinal County Public Works project and work is being done by a contractor hired by Central Arizona College, we are issuing this road work notification to make motorists aware of the work area. Local residents should watch for heavy maintenance equipment and personnel working throughout the project area. Drivers are urged to exercise caution while paying close attention to warning signs and the instructions of workers in the area.
