Q. Why can't I log-in?
Unlike some of our other digital services, with OneClickdigital you do not log-in with your library card number, but with the unique username and password you used when creating your OneClickdigital account. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click here
Q. How many titles can I checkout at one time?
10 items can be checked out at a time.

Yes. There is a maximum of 2 renewals, with a renewal period of 7 days.
Q. Can I place an item on Hold?
Yes. Click on the “Hold” button on the right-hand side of the title detail page. You will be given your place in line and the title will be placed on your Hold list until it becomes available. You may hold up to 3 items.
Q. I checked out a book, but now I can't find it under "My Titles".
It's possible you accidentally checked out an eBook when you intended to check out an audiobook. When using the OneClickdigital app, audiobook titles will automatically download to your device. eBook titles however, can only be read using a seperate app called the OneClickdigital eReader.
