Education: Casa Grande, Arizona Public Schools; Central Arizona College, Associate of Arts, 1976; Arizona State University, 1977-78; University of Arizona, Bachelor of Arts, 1983; University of Arizona College of Law, Juris Doctorate Law Degree, 1987.

Legal: Admitted to practice law in 1989 before all trial and Appellate courts in the State of Arizona and the United States District Courts for the District of Arizona; Deputy County Attorney, Prosecuting Attorney, from November, 1989 to May 2000; Appointed as Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore, November 3, 2000 by Chief Justice Thomas A. Zlacket, Supreme Court of Arizona; Elected to serve on the Pinal County Superior Court bench beginning January1, 2001.
