The Clerk of the Court's Child Support Department is responsible for updating Child Support records, processing court documents and orders of assignments for income withholding. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to the children and families of Pinal County with a primary focus on Child Support issues.

The Clerk of the Court’s Child Support Department is dedicated to the timely and accurate collection and distribution of court ordered support monies to the families of Pinal County and shall not be bound by county lines or state borders.

Services provided to the community include, but are not limited to: assistance in the understanding and application of federal child support guidelines; direction in obtaining and properly completing expedited child support and visitation pleadings; preparation and mailing of wage assignments to the employers of those individuals ordered to pay support; calculations of IV-D and Non-IV-D child and spousal support arrearages; calculation and entry of all court ordered child support debts and assistance in identifying and releasing child support payments held in suspense accounts by the Arizona Department of Economic Security.
