The Pinal County Radio Communications Department provides assistance to all County departments and offices and support other agencies within Pinal County, assuring access and availability of radio communications, to meet the needs of public safety and public service operations.

The purpose of the Radio Technology Services Activity is to provide regional planning, operation support, and communication management services to radio operators so they can effectively communicate over a reliable radio network.

Customers needing radio/communications services should contact the IT HelpDesk at x6652 or by e-mail at CSD@pinalcountyaz.gov. The HelpDesk staff will log the request into the Heat Tracking System, http://helpdesk/, and contact the appropriate personnel to handle your request.
