Department Description

Human Resources provides the full range of Human Resources services to Pinal County. Such services include recruitment and selection, employment advertising, employee relations consultation, training and development, job classification, compensation, policy & procedure development, and employee benefits administration.

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide recruitment, consultation, training, compensation & benefits services to the applicants and employees of Pinal County so they can have an equal opportunity to work and prosper in a well qualified and professional workplace that reflects the high standards our communities deserve.
