The Pinal County Development Services Department provides administrative oversight, support, and coordination of Development Services provided by five divisions within the department. These Divisions include: 1) Public Works, 2) Air Quality, 3) Environmental Health, 4) Building Safety, 5) Planning & Development, 6) One Stop Shop.
