James P. Walsh has been the Pinal County Attorney since May 2007.
He oversees more than 140 employees and a budget in excess of nine million dollars.
The County Attorney is responsible for prosecuting both felony and misdemeanor crimes in Pinal County.

He also acts as legal advisor to the County’s Board of Supervisors, county departments, school districts and certain special districts.
