The division function is to provide for the establishment of paternity, establishment of child support and medical support orders and for the enforcement of all existing child support orders.

The Pinal County Attorney's Child Support Division operates the Title IV-D Program for the benefit of all residents of Pinal County. The division was established in 1985 with an intergovernmental agreement between the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and Pinal County.
