The Pinal County Sheriff's Office Property Crimes Unit, is currently comprised of one sergeant, nine investigators and one secretary who is shared with the Person Crime Unit. The Property Crimes Unit is based out of Florence. The units case load is broke down into the following specialty areas:

• Burglary investigations; which includes both commercial and residential burglaries
• Farm and Ranch (Copper Wire Related Thefts)
• Fraud
• Identity Theft
• Arson investigations, of commercial and residential structures to include vehicles
• Internet Fraud
• Credit Card Fraud
• Vehicle Thefts
• Criminal Damage
• Insurance Fraud

One of the nine investigators assigned to this unit is currently assigned to a full time position with the Arizona Vehicle Theft Task Force and is based out of the Phoenix area.
