Michael S. Arnold has been employed by Pinal County since July 1996 and has served as the Director of Human Resources since July 1998. He has accumulated over 29 years experience in Human Resources with such companies as VisionQuest, the Carondelet Health Network, David T. Chase Enterprises, BarclaysAmerican/Business Credit, McGraw-Hill Publishing Company and Avon Products, Inc. Mr. Arnold is lifetime certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, is an International Personnel Management Association, Certified Professional and is Masters prepared in both Business Administration and Education from Sacred Heart University and University of Massachusetts respectively. He is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (National), the Central Arizona Human Resources Management Association, and the National and Arizona chapter of the International Personnel Management Association.
