Home Prices in Pinal Increase Through End of 2013

FLORENCE, AZ – Residential home prices finished what was a year of strong price recovery with a 5.1% increase from November to December of 2013.

The average price in December for residential sales in Pinal County was $171,189, with an average square footage of 1,904. The median sale price for December was $150,000. The average price for November was $162,847, with an average square footage of 1,913. The median sale price in November was $145,000.

Matching the clear month to month gains, the annual increase for December 2013 was 18% above the year ago average from December of 2012.

The top sale in December was $780,000 for a 3,300 square foot home in SaddleBrooke.
